Participant Registration

***Every participant is required to complete the Participant Registration Form*** 

Every ticket redeemed must have a corresponding Participant Registration Form, including underage tickets. 

To expedite the check-in process, we encourage everyone to submit their Participant Registration Form early via the Electronic Form Submission option (below).

The Participant Registration Form can be downloaded below. 

Once filled out, you can either:

1. Print the completed form, bring it with you and provide it directly to our Guide during check-in or
2. Return the completed form to us electronically by uploading it below and clicking the "Submit" button.

Guidance for Underage Ticket Holders:

• Underage ticket holders (18 and younger) must complete every section of the form, except Section 4 (which may be left blank, or crossed out to indicate it is not applicable).

Guidance for Adult Ticket Holders:

• If you will be responsible for any underage participants you must list their information in Section 4 This includes underage participants you are the parent or legal guardian of and/or underage participants you have been granted temporary responsibility for (e.g., your child is attending and bringing a friend, but that friend's parent(s) are not also attending).
• If you will not be responsible for any underage participants, you may leave Section 4 blank, or cross it out to indicate it is not applicable.
